We almost need a ‘baseline’ for how propagandised the public have become. I have a half-parody idea for an international research project: interviewers in each country stop people on the streets of half a dozen socio-economically different towns/cities and ask them a few questions. Like “To what extent do you agree with the following: Zelenskyy is a democratic leader, winning a ‘Good War’ against evil Putin” and “EVs are green and a sustainable solution to global climate catastrophe”... Outcomes could be entertaining. But could also be very depressing!
